Came in Key West to relax and have fun, this traditional hotel was lovely place for doing it. Though some of the staff were very rude, I had a pleasant stay. The location was fantastic, right next to a bustling plaza.

Breakfast was too expensive, can be better.

Peaceful hotel, fantastic friendly staff and good service. The room was pretty nice and appropriate when I arrived. New clean facilities and the pool was clean.

The room was immaculate and airy, the hotel was tidy. I slept so comfy in the extremely comfy bed. There was an amazing pool on site too. Secluded location of this pet-friendly venue was a bonus.

Great value for the area. Secured place, complimentary breakfast, warm enough rooms. Dismissive staff, gave a lot of information. The best part was the EXCEPTIONAL view of the lake. Smooth check in & the service was perfect.

The stay at this vibrant hotel was a very enjoyable one. Lovely romantic room, nice bed, knowledgeable staff, great value. Property was spotless. The breakfast was good hot with plenty of products.

Staff and location were fab, I liked that. The bedrooms were separate. The area was really quiet, a decent place for me. The restaurant was top notch, with wonderful dishes. Late check out too.

The property was fairly clean and fabulous and the location was easy! Extra care from the fairly friendly staff. I got fine, absolutely gorgeous room with comfy bed. Restaurant in hotel was top and the pool area was heated.
